Driving Directions
The museum is just minutes from downtown Atlanta and
accessible from all major highways.
From Downtown Atlanta:
Head east toward Auburn Avenue. Follow signs for the Sweet Auburn District and continue until you reach our block.
From I-75/I-85 (North or South):
Take the exit toward the downtown connector. Follow signs for Auburn Avenue and continue east into the Sweet Auburn District.

From I-20 (East or West):
Take the exit toward the downtown connector. Follow directional signs to Auburn Avenue and continue straight until you reach the museum.

Look for the APEX Museum signage and the historic brick buildings that line Auburn Avenue.
Public Transportation
Atlanta’s MARTA system offers convenient options for reaching the museum.
MARTA Rail:
The closest stations are King Memorial and Peachtree Center, each a short walk or quick rideshare trip away. We recommend using the MARTA Website to find the best route for you.
